We've been using Spinach for months and have found it really useful for our team. Our startup's team is young and I feel like Spinach helps us sit down and be thoughtful about our work (tasks completed yesterday, tasks we're working on today, and what is blocking us.)
I like that we can use it live during standup, but also have developers who can't make standup report asynchronously. After the meeting, developers can read through the summary and see if they missed anything.
As a founder/developer, I think it's great as we don't have an official PM and we manage ourselves.
My biggest feature request would be an Asana sync that allows us to see what tasks we completed yesterday and add them to the completed section.
