1. How do I spend the reward points w/o a card? 2. Also, you should post it to Show HN.

the rewards will be given to you to your Quma account and then you will be able to apply them on any of the service partners we have, for example ride sharing, food delivery, travel etc. Therefore there is no need for a card.

This is what I'm getting when I click on the link: https://cl.ly/362p0F3A2U27/Screen%20Shot%202018-01-02%20at%2...

Not sure about this but you may need to change the distribution type of your application. Good luck!

Apologies, you were absolutely correct. Thought I'd switched to open beta prior to posting. Let me know if there's any further trouble. ^^

Yes, you can download chapters separately.

It is in our plans.

All of the stories in the ebook have more than 500 recommendations in Medium. Then we get permission from 116 writers and categorized their stories.

Not sure about this but I think the latter.

definitely, one of the best curations of 2015.

Negative correlation between NASDAQ and number of unicorns founded in the corresponding year seems really interesting. Any deep thoughts on this ?

> The best times to start a unicorn company could be a) post the launch of a watershed new tech platform; and b) during a prolonged public market downturn. Without many great jobs available, the reduced opportunity cost and related hardship may spawn great innovation and grit.

On a second thought I can come up with 1) the rise of an unusually high number of billion dollar companies may signal an impending market correction and 2), a low number of billion dollar companies are founded during times of market over-exuberance.

Also, we haven't had enough time for some of the companies that have been started more recently to get to the billion dollar valuation?

I bet if you look at this in five years more companies are it's more of a straight line.

haha is this really happened ?

Hey! I thought if people share what they are currently working on under the same thread, they can give feedback to each other more easily. I also believe it's a good way to get to know community.

Here is my feedback : I was expecting to see tuition on your landing page. Saying not cheap, seems confident but it makes it hard for me to take incentive to ask for an invite.

> If you get into Google, Facebook or Palantir, we’ll refund 100% of tuition. No catch.

I wonder how people approach this kind of offer. Seems tempting, may also increase motivation but I wanted to know what people say about this ?

> If you get into Google, Facebook or Palantir, we’ll refund 100% of tuition. No catch.

Seems kinda backward to me ... we'll teach you how to do this well, and if it works we'll refund you?

I get you aren't the only variable at play, but saying you'll refund if they fail the interview would be much more compelling! (But economically unfeasible I'd guess)

Yep, economically unfeasible, but more importantly, if we give that kind of reverse guarantee, then people actually won't be motivated to work. That's exactly why no single educational institute gives a guarantee of that kind.

Sorry, didn't see this until now. Thank you for your feedback.

I had the price up there at one point ($4K). But some people found it too expensive and would call me to just tell me that. I got tired of answering them. I hence made a direct assertion by saying it's not cheap. The course is inherently expensive because of it being a people intensive business and those who clearly see value, express interest regardless of price.

People obviously love it. It's a nice incentive for them to work hard, and more importantly, to believe that we're in it for the right reasons.
