Most companies have a public API, often OpenAPI based (or GRPC). But lack good documentation + good code examples.

What does your company use to generate documentation? I've used SwaggerUI / ReDoc in the past + Markdown. But need something better. ALA stripe level docs. Are there any SaaS tools out there? Or OOS projects?
