Using official governmental websites for politics was a first step, installing an political app on all employees phones is another step. There will be more steps.

That’s government acting like business. It’s their device, of course they want their app on it.
They should be very careful about security, though. Otherwise, it seems like a natural work tool. I’m pretty sure a similar app will be standard stuff from here out.
